The Home: We are a welcoming, quiet, and respectful family (including mother and 19-year-old son, both would-be NBCC students) moving into this beautiful West End home on Milner Road. We prioritize a clean, safe, and peaceful living environment for everyone. Both available rooms are fully furnished with new mattresses and desks, ready for you to move in!
The Rooms:
Main Floor Private Suite ($875): A spacious room featuring its own private exterior entrance—perfect for someone seeking extra independence.
Upper Level Guest Room ($725): A cozy, quiet room on the second floor, ideal for focused studying.
What’s Included: Your rent is truly all-inclusive! It covers heat, hydro, water, and unlimited high-speed WiFi. You’ll also have access to the shared kitchen, dishes, common dining room, and on-site laundry.
The Location: Located in the heart of Moncton’s West End, we are in a prime spot for students and professionals:
NBCC Moncton: Just a 3-minute walk to the #60 bus stop, which takes you towards campus.
Shopping & Essentials: We are very close to Centennial Park for fresh air, and a short distance from the retail hubs on Main Street and the Jones Lake area.
Parking: Off road parking spot is available if you have a vehicle.
Who we’re looking for: We are seeking female students or young professionals who are responsible, tidy, and looking for a “home away from home.” We are pet-friendly for small, well-behaved animals!

About the Roomies Who we are: We are a friendly, active, and respectful family of three. Our family includes myself and my wife, along with our 19-year-old son, who are prospective NBCC students. We are non-smokers and value a clean, organized, and peaceful living environment.
Our Lifestyle: We are a quiet South Asian family of three adults. To ensure peace for everyone, we follow a “headphones-only” policy for all media(TV, music etc) and aks that you do the same. No parties, short visits from friends are welcome. No smoking or vaping.
The Environment: We are looking for female roommates who will feel like a natural extension of our home. Whether you are an international student adjusting to Canada or a professional looking for a safe, “family-style” living arrangement, you’ll find a warm welcome here. One small well-behaved dog or cat is fine.
