Den for rent in a 750sq 1bed +den condo located right beside Scarborough Town Centre. Rent includes all utilities, in-unit laundry, pool, fitness centre and more! Bathroom shared with one woman in her 20s. Room can come furnished with a bed.

For single occupancy, female only. Move in day is a little flexible.

I work from home 2 days a week, so I’m looking for someone who’s generally quiet during weekday work hours. I do have friends/family over occasionally , so ideally, you’re okay with infrequent guests a once or twice a month. I’m hoping to create a fun, respectful, and tidy environment where we both feel comfortable. There’s a set cleaning schedule for shared spaces, and I’m looking for someone who can stick to it and help keep things clean.
