I am a retired 67 year-old very active female.

We will share the bathroom and the kitchen.

My condo is small but full of artwork. It is a It is in a quiet location, perfect for somebody, who needs a space to rejuvenate and reset, and perhaps get a lot of studying done?Would really love to share the space with a north island student, maybe in the arts program?

There is a wonderful kitchen with all sorts of lovely dish, dishes, and cooking utensils.

It would just be myself and whoever I choose to share this space with

I have a fairly large circle of friends and Spend a lot of time at the pool or at the rec centre lifting weights.

Evenings are quiet I usually watch television, or read.

I rarely entertain, but have no problem, going into my bedroom if you are the social type and need the living room area to do your thing.

I also really like to cook.

No problem, sharing spices and staples, with a roommate if they’re into it. Or, if your just a light cook, you are free to use mine. I have a lot of spices lol
