Brand new construction, new appliances and great amenities. Underground parking, gym and outdoor common area. If you need the additional parking space it will be an extra 150/month through indigo. Plenty of new businesses on the street as well. Walking distance to 2 grocery stores, a number of bars, restaurants, wellness facilities and radio park in the Truman west district area. There’s relatively nearby transit access, bus stops right on the street and the train station ~ 5 minutes driving.
I work as a chef downtown and have regular but fairly early hours. Ideally looking for someone I can share some common ground with and expand my social circle.
