The basement is a separate, fully leased unit, so you’ll be sharing the upper level with two other roommates. The available bedroom is approximately 9.5 ft by 7.5 ft and includes a closet. The room can fit a double bed (pictured here) + drawer and nightstand. The home also offers a bright, spacious living area, a dining space, and an updated kitchen. Parking is included, with two spots on the driveway and one in the garage.

The bathroom is shared. It has a full bathtub and shower, and sink with some storage. Washer and dryer in-unit.

We keep things pretty low key during the week with early nights, but we are always up for movie nights, dinners, board games, or going out to eat (especially on weekends). We also have a super friendly 4 year old dog named Reese who loves attention, cuddles, and meeting new people. We keep the space clean and relaxed and are looking for someone with a similar vibe.
