No pets, no guests, no drugs, no bad ways, one person per room, no smoking, no dirty, no chef.

This is a good house for serious students at Ottawa University who are studying quietly. This is not a party place or a dirty house. Price is good but you must be a specific kind of person who wants to live in a quiet, clean way without disturbances or naughty behavior.
