The bedroom is on the back of the house with an entrance door besides and a washroom with a toilet and sink in front of the e bedroom. Each one has your own space on the fridge and in the cabinets. The internet and utilities are included. Only the laundry is with two loonies. The furnitures are for sell $250 (bed, rack and nightstands). Very good location, close to Dufferin station, 29 buses and 512 street cars. It needs to pay deposit and rental month by month. Brazilians are prefered.

My roommate and I are very quiet, friendly and nice girls to live with. We are very clean and respect the other’s space.
