1 bedroom available in the basement near Banff Trail Station NW. The station is a 5 min walk from the house. The basement is shared with three other tenants and has its own full kitchen and washer and dryer.

Bathroom is shared with only two of the tenants.Rent is $580 and includes all utilities, only an additional ~$25 needs to be paid for Wifi each month.

The room comes furnished with box spring, mattress, closet, drawers, desk and chair. Lots of street parking available with no time or zone restrictions.

Lease has to be for one year starting 1st of May 2026 till end of April 2027 or a four month lease for the summer from May till end of August 2026 is also possible. Looking for responsible male student or working male adult.
