The house is in Sunnyside, very close to Kensington and Downtown Calgary. It’s in a great location, just a short walk to the Sunnyside C-Train station, Peace Bridge, shops, cafes, and other amenities. The area is quiet, convenient, and perfect for someone who wants easy access to downtown while still living in a peaceful neighborhood. The home is clean, comfortable, and spacious, with shared kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry. Street parking is available right in front of the house. It’s a good fit for someone who values a calm and respectful living environment.

The people living in the house are working adults who are generally quiet, respectful, and independent. Most of us have our own schedules and are often out during the day, so the house is usually pretty calm. We like to keep the common areas clean and maintain a friendly, considerate atmosphere at home.
