  Hello! My name is Jody! I am going to be moving out of my amazing 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom. It is pet friendly( any creature except ferrets), Goldstream and peatt area in Langford, stainless steel appliances( Stove,dishwasher, microwave, fridge), in suite laundry, high speed internet, hydro is low, can come furnished ( including 2 tvs, large desk, simple metal bedframe, tall dresser and maybe a 2 seater couch all free), concrete floors, hot water heater in apartment and pretty good space for your storage( in laundry room and large closet in living room). The bedroom has a closet as well. The small bathroom is pretty much yours except for when you shower and your roommate needs to use the bathroom. If you grower of any plants I can leave you some of that as well.

OKAY so, about your roommate. He is a very sweet 27 year old neurodivergent guy. Hangs out in his bedroom playing on his computer. He doesnt come out much other then to use the kitchen, bathroom or to head out. The expanses we share are condiments, spices, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, dish soap. He is hoping for a male around his age, but he understands that doesn’t always work out.

You will have a rental agreement with the building( yes he knows Im moving). The building manager is pretty amazing and its a nice and clean building. You might be able to move in early!

Your half of rent is $1078.40 High speed internet is $97.40 ÷ 2= $48.70 Hydro is $80 ÷2= $40 Damage deposit for you is $519.69 If you have a pet, the pet deposit is $1039.40 I was the one with the pet so I paid the deposit. No one else.
