Hello! My name is Jody! I am going to be moving out of my amazing 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom. It is pet friendly( any creature except ferrets), Goldstream and peatt area, stainless steel appliances( Stove,dishwasher, microwave, fridge), in suite laundry, high speed internet, hydro is low, can come furnished ( including 2 tvs, large desk, simple metal bedframe, simple black shelves x2, tall dresser and maybe a 2 seater couch), concrete floors, hot water heater in apartment and pretty good space for your storage( in laundry room and large closet in living room). The bedroom has a closet as well. The small bathroom is pretty much yours except for when you shower and your roommate needs to use the bathroom. If you grower of any plants I can leave you some of that as well. OKAY so, about your roommate. He is a very sweet 27 year old guy. Hangs out in his bedroom playing on his computer. He doesnt come out much other then to use the kitchen, bathroom or to head out somewhere. He has multiple minor disabilities, along with his family just did everything for him. He is learning day by day, but he needs reminders ( he is learning to set a reminderon his phone), encouragement and patience. We have a chore chart that I just started. The expanses we share are condiments, spices, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, dish soap and laundry soap. He will pay you his half of bills and rent on disability day. Or you can pay him all the bill money. That is up to the 2 of you. You will have a rental agreement with the building. The building manager is pretty amazing and its a nice and clean building. Your half ( rent, hydro and high speed internet)is $1128.09! Damaged deposit is 1/4 rent and pet deposit is half the rent($1559.09). Pretty good deal! You will probably be able to move in early.
