(Mi-way and a couple of minutes drive to Clarkson Go Train). Clarkson Community Centre Pool and library 15 minute walk.

Qualified Tenants only (background check to be completed – Credit, Landlord references, proof of income. $300 security key deposit (to be returned).

I live in the house, and have 2 rooms on the first floor, and one on the top floor.
