Private room available in a 2-bedroom apartment in the River–Osborne area, starting July 1.

The apartment has large windows with an incredible view of the river and downtown skyline, with lots of natural light and beautiful sunsets. In the winter, you can even see people skating on the frozen river.

The living room is fully furnished (furniture is mine) and I’m open to sharing it with someone who is respectful and takes care of shared spaces. The available bedroom is unfurnished, and the bathroom is shared.

The location is very convenient, with multiple bus routes within a short walk and quick access to major transit lines. It’s a very walkable area, especially in the summer, close to Osborne Village and great for walks along the river or running near Wellington Crescent. Grocery stores and essentials are nearby, along with a convenience store just steps away. There are also basketball and tennis courts right downstairs.

Rent is $681.50/month. Hydro + internet are not included in the rent. Parking is available for an additional fee.

I’m a graduate student with a calm and structured lifestyle. I really value a clean, organized, and comfortable living environment and want to maintain that standard in the apartment.

I’m looking for someone who is very clean and tidy, responsible with shared chores, and respectful of shared spaces and boundaries. This is a shared home, so maintaining cleanliness and a good living environment is a mutual responsibility.

I also appreciate a calm and aesthetically maintained space, so I’m looking for someone who values that as well. Ideally a student or young professional with a consistent routine and not a heavy partier.
