I will be travelling over the summer so I am looking for a clean and responsible person to sublet from June 1st (move-in flexible) to August 15th (negotiable at prorated cost). You will be living with one other social and responsible flatmate who is in their early 20s.

Location: 3565 Wesbrook Mall (10 minute transit from UBC, 5 min walk to 4 major bus routes and groceries/farmers market) Rent: 1550 (+50/60 for utilities), $750 security deposit, one-time cleaning fee $100 Move in: JJune 1st (move-in flexible) to August 15th (negotiable at prorated cost) Description: 1B1B sublet. Bedroom with ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. En-suite laundry and dishwasher. Completely furnished bedroom, bathroom, living room, and kitchen. South-facing so plenty of natural light. Unit contains a patio that faces a very quiet street. Hummingbirds like to perch on the trees outside our window - built-in birdwatching!
