LEASE TERMS: This is a short-term (6 months-ish) roommate search for a May 21 to June 1, 2026 move-in. I am the sole lease-holder, and will continue to be in charge of apartment matters.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: -Credit Check -Notice of Assessment or Proof of income/Funds -References (employer, landlord, etc.) -Last month’s rent as room deposit (First month’s rent upon move-in)
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: This apartment is pretty sweet – been living here for 6 years, and it has tons of natural light, a really cool layout and killer location. 2nd floor is for the 2 bedrooms, 1st floor is open-concept with a sunken living room, dining area, kitchen and 1 bathroom. Sizeable courtyard with bbq and hang area.
The location is the best! Close to Kensington market, a bunch of parks, the Spadina streetcar (1 min walk), the College streetcar (3 min walk), and Spadina Station (10 min. walk). Because the apartment is at the back of the building, we get to be right downtown but it’s really quiet and lovely with little traffic or city sounds.
About the roomies
I am a professional musician who is responsible and respectful with a warm/fun/trustworthy demeanour. My hours usually skew on the later side, but my schedule changes constantly due to my freelance work, and I’m frequently out of town. I do practice music at home, I’m 420 friendly, a good communicator and I like to keep politics out of the home. I’d love a roommate with a positive attitude, who is self-sufficient, trustworthy and neat, and has stuff on the go in their lives too. Being out of town sometimes would be a bonus so we both get the place to ourselves sometimes.
