Bright 4th floor bedroom with a private balcony and a private, non-shared bathroom located just outside the room.

All bedrooms are located on floors 2–4, providing privacy and a comfortable living environment. Shared spaces include the kitchen and living area on the main floor, and laundry facilities in the basement. These areas are shared with other tenants and the homeowner in a quiet household setting.

No pets. No smoking or cannabis use anywhere on the premises (including inside the room, balcony, patio, and backyard). Non-smokers only. No visitors.

Bus stop #101 is located at the corner of the park, just a one-minute walk away, with convenient connections to the subway, providing easy access to downtown Toronto and the Financial District.

Easy access to York University, Seneca@York, and Centennial College (Downsview Campus).
