About the room
Room in a large home in an elite area of Guelph. Close to amenities and buses. Room comes furnished with tv and fire stick. Shared kitchenette fully equipped for all your needs. Bathroom and kitchenette shared with one other girl. We live on premise and look after snow removal, lawn care and cleaning of everywhere but your room, bathroom and kitchenette.

We are semi retired but run a yard work and cleaning business. We’ve been married 25 years this year. We are quiet and extremely clean and organized. We believe in courtesy and respect for all and expect same in return.
There is a young lady who is a student and works as well who rents the second room. She is quiet and respectful and very very busy so is rarely home.
