I currently have an apartment just off of Whyte Ave, moved in Dec 2025. Older building, unit is located on the 4th floor, large balcony, large room available, south facing.

Hi, I’m looking for a roommate to share my apartment with.

I’m a 43-year-old Native guy and I work out of town, usually for one or two weeks at a time, so you’ll often have the apartment to yourself while I’m away.

When I’m home on my days off, I like to relax, play video games, and keep things pretty low-key. I also like meeting up with my cousin and going for walks most evenings.

I’m introverted, easygoing, and not really into the party scene. I like keeping my place clean, calm, and comfortable, so I’m hoping to find someone respectful, tidy, and easy to get along with.

The spare room currently has an air mattress that I’ve mostly used for guests and friends. This would be a good fit for someone who enjoys a quiet, clean, and comfortable home.
