I have a room available in my 2 bedroom condo. It’s a really bright room with a large window, so you get lots of natural light. It comes with a brand new IKEA bed and mattress, and I can add a desk if you need a workspace.

The condo is spacious and has a nice flow to it. There’s one shared bathroom with both a bath and shower. I also have two separate living areas, one on the main floor and another in a loft upstairs, so it doesn’t feel like you’re on top of each other.

There’s a big patio upstairs and a separate balcony, which I love in the summer. Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and washer and dryer in the unit.

Everything is included, internet, cable, water, etc. The bus stop is less than a 3 minute walk, so it’s very convenient.

It’s honestly just a calm, comfortable space to come home to.

I’m a working professional, mostly working from home. I’m easygoing and friendly, but I really value a peaceful, clean, and respectful home.

I like things to be organized and taken care of, not in a strict way, just enough to keep the space feeling good for both of us.

I’m looking for someone who is naturally considerate, clean, and responsible. Someone who communicates well, pays rent on time, and respects shared spaces without needing reminders.

I do travel at times and can be away for a couple of months, so trust is really important to me. I’m hoping to find someone who will treat the space with care and just has a good, grounded energy.
