Hi everyone, I’m renting my room for June 1. My lease expires in August, however you have the option of renewal from August. It’s a 2 bedroom basement apartment. Really quiet and cozy. It’s $850 (including all utilities, except wifi). I’m happy to leave the furnished if you want (it may cost a little more, however, we can negotiate). The room contains 2 dressers, a vanity, double bed with bed frame, a standing fan.
