The room is a spacious basement room, still getting some natural light. The location is super convenient - just a 1-minute walk to two bus stops, with a quick 10-minute bus ride to campus. It’s also a 10- to 15-minute walk to the mall and Farm Boy, and close to Metro, No Frills, and Walmart.

We’re a respectful, friendly, and easygoing group of 4 girls going into 4th year, who enjoy a clean and comfortable living space - great for someone who’s social but also appreciates their own space. We’re ideally looking for someone responsible, tidy, and a good fit with our dynamic.
