The House: Located in Langford near the Luxton Fairgrounds, this is an older but well-kept home with a surprisingly great vibe: Huge yard (gardening, fire pit, fresh air therapy 🌿🔥) Vaulted ceilings & skylights in the kitchen, big bathroom with a slipper tub + separate shower (yes, it’s as nice as it sounds). Shared laundry, Pet-friendly home. Sq It’s the kind of place where you can enjoy a backyard fire… or disappear into your room and no one takes it personally.

The Room: Approx. 100 sq ft (aka cozy but functional) Semi-furnished (bed + nightstand included) Closet + large window = bright, sunny space Perfect for someone who values comfort over excess stuff

The Household: You’ll be living with three other adults (45+)—a mix of a dance studio owner and trade professionals. We’re: Friendly but not clingy Social sometimes (movie, hockey game, shared meal, fire pit nights) Quiet, respectful, and very pro–good sleep Think: “we enjoy each other’s company” but also “we will absolutely retreat into our rooms when needed.”

The Lifestyle (aka the important part): Weekday routine: generally M–F, 6am-6pm type schedules. Evenings are low-key, and quiet hours after 9pm on work nights are sacred. If you’re someone who thrives in a calm, predictable, and respectful space—you’ll love it here!
