Furnished one bedroom with a queen size bed available in a three bedroom plus den townhouse. It is also a two and a half bath place and your bathroom is used mainly by yourself except for when I need to shower. There is a beautiful small front yard that is well maintained with an established flower garden. Two large patio areas for hanging out and plans for lots of plants! Eventually one of the patios will also have a barbecue. The interior is cozy with plenty of space to spend quality time alone or together. There is a gas fireplace for the winter and plenty of storage.

You’ll be sharing the space with me a 32-year-old female sole proprietor business owner. I am big on keeping my home comfortable, clean and tidy. I strive to maintain peace, joy and comfort in my home, with the occasional intimate social gathering. I have two shy quiet, friendly cats. I enjoy lots of the outdoor Squamish activities, but I also love staying in cozy at home. The most important thing would be finding someone who adds community to my home and understands the importance of helping to maintain a place. This is not just a house but a home.
