Rent includes all utilities, Wi-Fi, and access to a 65” smart TV in the living room. Everyone buys their own groceries and shares responsibility for keeping common spaces tidy and respectful. A security deposit of $400 is required.
About the roomies
I’m a working professional who splits my time between the office and working from home. The condo is relaxed, clean, and fairly quiet during the week. You’ll have your own furnished bedroom (or I can remove the furniture if you have your own), access to the main bathroom, in-suite laundry, and full use of the kitchen and common areas.
