Unfurnished bedroom for rent in a beautiful condo. I just moved into a two bedroom condo, downtown Calgary, and have a spare room for rent. It’s a three block walk to the Sunalta c-train station.

I live alone and work downtown, with some days working from home. We would share the common areas. You’ll be responsible for your own groceries, and we’ll share the living room, kitchen, and TV.

The bedroom is unfurnished (empty), so you’ll need to provide your own furniture. You’ll have access to the main bathroom, while I have an ensuite connected to the primary bedroom.

The unit includes an in-suite washer and dryer. All utilities are included in the rent: heat, water, electricity, and Wi-Fi.
