Hello there, PLEASE NOTE…PICTURES SHOW CURRENT OCCUPANT’S POSSESSIONS AND ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL. We are providing a partially furnished private basement bedroom that is within a SHARED large home in Upper Mission Kelowna BC. The space you will rent will have your own living area, private 4 piece bathroom, small kitchenette and a small storage room. You will also have access to a shared fenced back yard, with your own covered patio for your use as well. The laundry facilities will be shared and you will have a designated laundry day. The driveway will also have a designated spot for you to park. You will have your own entry door from the outdoors to the space, yet your entrance will be open to the home. We are steps away from a bus stop and 32 min bus ride to Okanagan College. We are 18min walk to Save on Grocery store, banks,dentist, Shoppers Drug Mart, liquor store, pet store, Dollarama. We are close to hiking and biking trails, 12min drive to local beaches and wineries are within a few minutes drive. 1 Pet is accepted upon OUR APPROVAL, and MUST be compatible with our 9 yr old small rescue dog. The space will be PARTIALLY furnished with a couch and some small kitchen appliances(coffee maker, air fryer) If fully furnished is required the rate will be increased to $1000 per month

We are a quiet,clean, non smoking and happily married couple who live peacefully together. We have 2 adult children with significant others who live in Vancouver and will visit occasionally throughout the year. I am a nurse and my husband is currently an entrepreneur who in the past has been in the construction industry. We are both working full time days. We are at home in the evenings and weekends. We love family, friends and have a strong faith in God. We enjoy the outdoors and especially love taking time to enjoy the sunsets from our balcony. We moved from Ontario 14 yrs ago and have thoroughly enjoyed living in the Okanagan.

PS-Our son’s dog Grady is compatible with our dog and is tolerant of some, but NOT all dogs.
