I’m looking for two housemates to take over the remaining rooms and join me on the lease, replacing the current tenants. The apartment is a bright 3‑bedroom, 1‑bath unit with a spacious living room, a well‑sized kitchen, and a balcony/fire escape. Each bedroom includes a closet and comfortably fits a double bed plus a desk (rooms are unfurnished). The unit gets beautiful natural light throughout the day and is just a 5‑minute walk from Christie Station and several bus routes. The neighbourhood is incredibly convenient, with supermarkets, restaurants, and parks all within walking distance.
Hi! My names Tegan (24) and I’m a full time student at the university of Toronto. Im looking for two people to take over my friend’s portion of the lease, as my cat, Cleo, and I would like to stay, but they are moving out on July 1st. I’m a tidy, respectful, calm and self sufficient person. I work part time, but largely study at home, so my time is split pretty evenly between the two. Due to this, I really like my home to be clean and peaceful. My hobbies include, writing, listening to music, art, and drinking redbull. I do not drink alcohol or party, but smoke weed occasionally. I live a pretty structured lifestyle, so someone who aligns with this is appreciated.
