Hello, I’m looking for a GIRL to takeover my rommie bedroom. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 washroom, so eash girl will have her own washroom, the bedroom to rent has the washroom inside. We are 20 on TTC from TMU subway station and 15 minutes from Broadview subway station. We will pay everything half and half (rent, utilities and wifi). I have a video showing the place, more than happy to share it.
I work Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm, so Im out of the place every day, I like to come home to relax after a long day, cook dinner and organize everything for my next day, also during the weekend I am out most of the time but I also organize everything for the next week, I also like to have a clean space so both of us can enjoy the place.
