This is a quiet environment. It’s very desky in here conducive of working from home or studying for students. The building is a small 3 storey apartment building with only 10 units, and is secured with a locked front and back door, so it generally very quiet here. We have a small home gym, fully furnished dining room, bedroom, living room and kitchen. Room comes with a desk, computer chair, a TV, Fridge, bed, closet, shelving, artwork, curtains, rug, and a lock.
We are 44 and 60, Scottish Canadian and Ukrainian Canadian backgrounds, both very friendly, and great sense of humour, and non smokers. We are very easy to live with and respectful of privacy as well anything to do with work. We are both early to bed and early risers, and looking for the same. We enjoy working out both at home and at the gym (we get to bring a guest for free!) We enjoy eating healthy, and some sports like skating, and baseball, and watch all the major games on Android box (5000+ channels). We like to be positive, and look to the bright side of things, and prefer to be around high vibe people who have goals, and things to do.
