Hi Everyone! Looking for a roommate to rent a den that is available in a 2 bedroom plus den located in the Tridel Mansions of Humberwood buildings. The den is fully furnished and has a sliding door with locks on the inside and outside. Furnishings include a tv, double bed, dresser and rolling table. Rent is all inclusive (hydro, heat & AC, High-speed internet, washer/dryer).

Please let me know if parking is required. That would be extra as I would need to rent a spot for you. Building amenities include pool, sauna, rec room, tennis courts, outdoor patio, and gym and fitness rooms. 5 minutes from the Hwy 427 & 27, Etobicoke General Hospital, Woodbine racetracks and casino, Woodbine Centre, Fortinos and Humber College.

You will be living with two individuals, both of whom are working professionals. There is also a small/medium sized dog that’s very friendly!
