The room is well illuminated and ventilated located in the first floor of the house. We are 6 min walking from the Royal Oak skytrain station. Metrotown is 10 min walking or by skytrain. It is a safety zone full of amenities and parks. BCIT is 25 minutes away by skytrain and bus.

We are a family of four. We are originally from Guatemala and moved to Canada in 2000. We love camping and hiking during the summer.

My name is Rodolfo, and I am an architect. My favorite hobbies include drawing caricatures, watching soccer games, and listening to music. My wife is a physiologist, and her hobbies include Zumba, hiking, and yoga.

My older daughter, Jackelyn, works in the sport science and recreation field. Her hobbies include running and exercising. My younger daughter, Karen, works as an early childhood coordinator. Her hobbies include yoga, Zumba, and exercising.
