Bright, Cozy Room in a 2000 sq ft Peaceful Ocean View Home | North Nanaimo (Hammond Bay) We have a cozy, bright room for a compatible non -smoking woman . (Great option for a hospital worker, essential service provider or dedicated student, to unwind after a long day.)

HUGE kitchen for gourmet cooking or eating at island with a friend. There are private shelves in the kitchen for you, and most are for shared dishes and pots, cleaning, etc. You share one standard fridge/freezer with one roommate.

We use heat and water responsibly, so your portion of the shared utilities would be about $68 to $110 a month.–depending on group entire house usage. WIFI share is $50./mo, or you are welcome to use your own.

If you love being out in nature, like we do, you will love the hiking trail around a tiny gem of a lake across the street.

5 total, nature-loving females sharing a spacious, 2000 sq ft. home, {three adults (including you) + two teens} • Fish and friendly cats. (sorry, no more pets.)

Allergies: No scents in shared spaces and indoor cats in home. No smoking, no vaping. no weed use. no drugs…..per us and the landlord.

We do our best to be considerate of noise levels for the other renters in downstairs suite. We aim to keep all counters and floors in shared areas cleared at all times, ready for anyone’s use. (Not perfectly, but do your best most days.)

Evenings are quiet, with everyone doing their own thing. We value clear, calm communication, a healthy lifestyle and consistent expectations so the home stays easy to use for everyone.
