Rent includes all utilities plus air conditioning/heat, free laundry use, and free Wi-Fi. Sorry, no driveway parking available at this time. Convenient bus stops right outside. Walking distance to main bus terminal, ferry (downtown Dartmouth), Mic Mac Mall, grocery stores, many parks and two swimmable beaches. Please note: I have one friendly cat that stays in her own space.

About YOU: You would share a kitchen, one bathroom, a backyard and deck with me (easy going, mature professional female) and one early 20’s male professional. YOU must be a professional who works from outside of the home or mature student who goes to school and is quiet, friendly, responsible and respectful. References will be required. Proof of income will be required for this room. Extra guests overnight are not welcome.
