Central of Newmarket. Walking distance to most places nearing Giant Tiger and to the mall, very close to Tim Hortons and the YRT/Viva yellow line there as it’s less then 10 minutes away. Easy to get to the hospital by driving, uber or by bus (not so fast by walking), easy access to get around town if you don’t drive. If you don’t drive rent will be brought down to $900.

The basement apartment will be good and ready for the move in date listed. Will come mostly furnished. Will require first and last and a background check. Have the option to furnish your own room. I don’t have enough to fully furnish 2 full bedrooms. Stay tuned for photos. Please no smoking inside or around the doors on the property please as trying to get rid of that smell is hard enough! Looking for a clean, respectful and responsible roommate who would like to make this apartment their home.

I’m not just a quiet roommate, I enjoy communicating and saying good morning and goodnight asking how people’s days are and being a decent human being and having fun nights. I’m not all about being serious. I’d like to have game nights with my friends and when family comes by and you’re welcome to join my friends and I having fun and depends on the family members if a friendship forms.

I, myself, am renting a 2 bedroom legal basement apartment, I have a beautiful dog and looking to share the other room with a roommate who doesn’t mind dogs. The landlord will be upstairs and there will be children that will come to the house and visit for myself, as well for upstairs.

I do not drink and will not tolerate heavy drinking and destructive behaviour sharing this space. It’ll be available to view in June.
