Nice view, enjoy the deck In a choice area of Victoria -(Cook-Quadra) near Thrifty foods, ton major bus route to UVi, Camosun college, hospitals, downtown and shopping areas. Parking is available on a quiet road behind the apartment. Very clean apartment, quiet, excellent for student or full time employee, apt is very clean, sorry no perfumes, scents and no pets allowed. Bed, desk and drawers in closet provided, bring your own blankets - must leave mattress cover on all the time, has new sheets but bring own blankets. It’s not a large room but comfortable. Shared kitchen, dining area and bathroom No guests for safety reasons, and is a quiet area, need quiet at night

I’m a care aid over 40, work early mornings day shifts, quiet and private so prefer someone who likes a quiet home time and visits outside the home. I’m very clean, would like someone who cleans up after themselves and doesn’t smoke or wear perfume, colognes as I no am sensitive to scents. I respect others and try to be a good roommate.
