I am the owner, female, and live in the condo with my two cats. Only two female renters will also live here. Fluent in English and can speak French. I value my own privacy, and keep my condo clean, safe, and quiet. I recently finished a graduate degree and work mostly from home, so I am here most days. I am a vegetarian and ask that renters who are not vegan/vegetarian bring in precooked, prepared, or canned fish/meat. I usually keep an early schedule. Home is quiet after 10:00 pm.
