I’m looking for 1 roommate in a 3-bedroom apartment close to the University of Alberta and the Stollery Hospital for a 12-month lease starting August 2026.
6 minute walk to the Mckernan/Belgravia Station
10 minute walk to ECHA
10 minute walk to Windsor Plaza and nearby bus stops
Price: $765/month base rent Heat Included. Water and Electricity Extra. In-suite laundry, shared kitchen and living room. Bathroom will be shared with one other person. $175/month extra for parking stall There is a pet-fee ($25/month + 1 time pet fee) Includes a fitness centre
You would be getting one of the smaller bedrooms and sharing a bathroom with someone.
The kitchen and living room area are furnished, includes appliances, plates, cutlery, etc that you are more than welcome to use.
About the roomies
Both me (Female) and the other roommate (Male) just graduated from our Masters programs, so we are both early career professionals. We’re pretty open-minded, but would like someone who can maintain the common areas and keep it clean, and with similar values.
We’re into working out, hosting friends for an occasional get together, cooking. We both work M-F. Comfortable with pets :) We have a balcony, so we’re okay with smoking as long as it’s done outside. We’re not afraid of confrontation/conflict if necessary, but we’re both easy to get along with.
