Potentially looking for a 3rd roommate to take over the middle room in our bright, spacious 3.5-bed, 2-bath apartment, on the top floor of a boutique condo building!

The room is unfurnished, roughly 10’ x 11’1 with a built-in closet, though extra storage space is available in the shared primary closet. Hallway bathroom shared with 1 other roomie, primary room ensuite also available if needed. The rest of the apartment is furnished.

The building is conveniently located between Oakridge 41st & Langara 49th Skytrain stations, featuring 2 parking spots, a pool, sauna, gym, and private gardens.

Move-in timeline is still shifting as our current roommate is narrowing down her move-out date.
