Room for rent in a large, spacious 3-storey upscale townhouse in a northside neighbourhood (Kirkness). Shared with respectful, tidy housemates.
Two senior dogs live in the home. No additional dogs or cats (sorry). Other pets may be considered.
We value a peaceful, clean, and respectful home environment and are looking for someone who fits well with that. Preference for those with stable work/income and previous shared housing experience.
No short-term rentals. Looking for a long-term roommate (minimum 1 year).
