• House is newly renovated and located in a quiet and safe neighborhood on Harold st, a 3 min walk to bus stop & 8 min bus ride to McMaster
• The room is $650 /month which includes internet, heating, AC and water heater. Utilities cost will be split among roommates. (Note that this is much less than I pay, I have reduced the price for subleasing)
• 6 beds, 2 baths, dishwasher and AC
• On-site laundry at no additional cost
