About the room
I’m looking for a roommate to share a lease starting August 1, 2026 in a modern midtown building located very close to the Eglinton line.

The available room is the primary bedroom and comes with its own private bathroom. It will be unfurnished when you move in, so you’ll have full flexibility to make it your own.
The apartment is about 900sq fit with a wraparound balcony. In unit washer dryer, closet, and a den which doubles as a home office.
Building amenities are: Gym Pool Sauna Rooftop BBQ area Please note: parking is not included in the lease.
Utilities(electricity, water, thermal/cooling) are usually around 100-200 total per month(which will be split 50/50). Wifi is $75 and monthly insurance is $34(also split 50/50).
The apartment is also steps from the Yonge–Eglinton mall, and about 10 minutes from Eglinton Park, the public library, and the North Toronto community center. The neighbourhood has lots of coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and everyday conveniences, all within walking distance.
About the roomies
A bit about me: After wandering the world and living in 6 countries, Toronto is my forever home. I enjoy cooking, going out dancing occasionally, watching lots of movies, and spending a good amount of time relaxing in my room. I’m tidy and communicative and always happy to run house related errands because I have a flexible work schedule. Happy to schedule tours and connect to see if it’s a good fit.
I’m ideally looking for someone who is open to not just sharing a space, but also building a friendly, respectful roommate dynamic. I value tidiness, communication, and mutual respect.
I occasionally dogsit (never more than a few days at a time and only one dog), so you should be comfortable with having a dog in the apartment from time to time.
