Hey guys! I am renting a room in my apartment. The apartment is freshly painted and all appliances are new. The apartment is located in a quite area close to everything.

ALL included (heat, hydro and internet) It’s closed to Cégep and Hadley high school.

There is a metro across the street along with a pharmacy, pizza, Tim Hortons, etc. The bus stop is across the street as well. Vegetarian and vegan friendly.

I am looking for someone friendly and trustworthy. This is a place where you can feel safe and at home. There is currently one female and she won’t be back for a few months. I also travel A lot (leavening end of month)So you pretty much have the apartment and washroom for yourself!
