Amazing location! Bus stop is a 1 minute walk. 2 minute walk to 17th Ave. South facing windows with so much natural light. Own bedroom, walk in closet & bathroom. Shared living space with storage room, in suite laundry, dishwasher & microwave. Comes unfurnished, as I have to take most living space items with me when I leave. Huge private patio covered with trees and bushes in summer so more privacy! Patio rooftop access as well. Walking distance to so many amenities. Utilities not included in price, but all together they are usually around $100 a month. Underground Parking space available for $150 month. Cats & dogs welcome. We are cannabis friendly!
