It’s in an amazing location, just two blocks off 17th Ave. ​The house has tons of character but has been beautifully renovated and well-maintained, featuring dark hardwood floors and a fully updated kitchen and bathrooms. ​The Details: ​💰 Rent: $1,000/month + shared utilities. ​📦 The Room: It’s on the smaller side (as typical for these beautiful 100+ year-old homes!), but it’s full of character. ​🌳 The Perks: A beautiful yard complete with apple and pear trees, a fire pit for relaxing evenings, and a brand-new, oversized double-car garage out back. ​🛠️ Responsibilities: Yard maintenance is shared among the roommates. ​About the Roommates: The boys are laid-back, fully employed, and big gamers.
