The room is already furnished with a full sized bed and a large dresser. There is a good size closet. The room faces the front of the house and offers natural light. Shared use of the upstairs bathroom, with the homeowners and their adult daughter.
Shared use of the living room, dining room, kitchen ( you have use of your own full sized fridge/freezer). There is a dishwasher, so you will not have to do dishes!Shared use of a fully fenced backyard ( bbq, deck and outdoor fireplace). Guests are welcome with some notice please. Laundry on site for your convenience.
On street parking available and we are located within walking distance to a bus stop for Trent University students ( Bus6 about a ten minute bus ride), and Fleming College students. There is also a bus stop within walking distance for those individuals wanting to go downtown( ten minute bus ride).
Walking and bike trails close by for nature lovers.
The house is located in the North End of Peterborough on a quiet, mature, tree lined street. Close to amenities (Walmart, convenience store, Dollar Rama, fast food restaurants and grocery stores). Heat, hydro, water, wifi and Cogeco t.v. is included in your rent.
