Hi !! I’m looking to sublet my apartment from May- ending of August. Looking for a male to rent one room in a 4-bedroom apartment. Apartment is currently only occupied by one person so you get the bathroom to yourself. Rent is $692/month and it includes utilities, indoor gym, Wi-Fi, in-suite laundry, fully furnished, and in-unit dishwasher.

I’m a recent graduate from Brock university, moving away from St. Catharines to GTA. Neighbourhood is pretty cool, lots of food options, and unique little shops with quiet neighbours.
