Hi everyone! I live in North Vancouver (Central Lonsdale) with my lovely dog Belfi. I’m a woman in my mid-thirties and work in the healthcare field. I have a small pet-friendly room (preferably cats) available inside my ground-level unit in an older house for sublet. Rent is $1100/month, utilities included, and laundry within the unit. I’m looking for someone respectful and clean to share the place with. I am friendly and very respectful of my roommates’ privacy and boundaries.
