Quiet neighbourhood close to parks and walking distance to the lake, shops and restaurants.

Room is fully furnished, bright (lots of windows), on the second floor in well cared for Executive Townhouse. Fully furnished tv room in lower level and beautiful back deck seasonal space.

I work from home and outside the home 50/50. I take excellent care and great pride in my home both inside and outside.

Recently divorced I reside with my 13 year old hypoallergenic dog and 16 year old cat. I believe the cat is in charge of the house.

Not much of a cook but I have a beautiful kitchen and BBQ on the deck.
