My name is Megan. I have a small spare room in my place that I would like to rent out to the right person.
My place is a ground-level unit in an older house in North Vancouver. There are two bedrooms (a bigger room and a smaller one), a large shared kitchen, a large shared living room and a shared bathroom. My dog Belfi and I live in the bigger room and we’re hoping to find a nice roommate for the smaller one.
The regular rent for the small room is $1230/month, but since right now I’m looking for a short-term renter, I reduced the price.
I work in healthcare and am friendly, responsible and respectful of people’s privacy and boundaries and just love pets! And I’m looking for a roommate with the same qualities. My dog Belfi is absolutely lovely and adorable and is a huge emotional support for me and my roommates!
The unit is old but it’s very cozy, bright and clean and laundry is within the unit.
The location is in Central Lonsdale and has great access to everything you might need. You won’t need a vehicle to live here. It’s close to markets, cafes, restaurants and main bus stops and is only a few minutes away from Lions Gate Hospital, so is ideal for healthcare staff working there.
