Welcome to my spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. My place sits just 1-5 minutes away from the everything you need (Costco on Winterburn Road, Wendy’s, Dollarama, Safeway, River Cree Resort etc). Unfortunately, there is no transit near my place, so you will need to have your own vehicle.

You will have your own private, unfurnished bedroom featuring a large, wall-mounted Smart TV already set up for you, as well as exclusive use of the main bathroom, which includes a full tub. We will share access to a fully equipped kitchen, living room, in-unit laundry, and a main-floor patio.

To keep things official, you will be added to the official rental agreement. The damage deposit is $750, and you will need to provide steady employment verification, references,, and proof of your own tenant insurance.

Please note that, per the lease, this is a strictly 100% smoke-free unit and property, which includes cigarettes, cannabis, and vaping.

Internet, power, water, and heat are all included with the rent. Parking is available above ground for $25 a month, or you can opt for underground heated parking for $50 a month.

I am looking for a reliable, clean, and respectful roommate who also has long-term, stable employment. I would especially love to welcome someone pivoting in life, such as a recent divorcee/breakup or perhaps an oilfield worker on rotation. My name is Niki and I am a 40-year-old, millennial looking for an amazing roommate to share my space. I don’t have kids or pets, unless you count my plants, and maintain a clean, relaxed, and welcoming home. I have a fantastic social circle and love being out and about on the weekends.

Home is my sanctuary, but I am definitely not a quiet roommate and will bring a friendly and warm energy to the apartment. As someone that is both half Caribbean and Canadian, I love to unwind by listening to some hip hop, R&B, dancehall / soca, or relaxing with a great movie. While I completely respect personal boundaries and alone time, I definitely prefer a household that feels alive and welcoming.

I am a non-smoker so no tobacco or vaping near the property. While I can appreciate a good wine, I rarely consume alcohol. I am also not interested in having a pet again for a few more years.
