• Rent is $895 month (includes power!) Internet is $23 Oil heat/hot water is usually only used in winter and the bills vary
• Driveway parking included. Close to bus routes 28, 2, 3 & 4. Short drive/bus ride to Bayers Lake, Lacewood, Dutch Village/Joe Howe, and Mumford shopping areas. 10 -15 minutes from MSVU / DAL / SMU / CCMH
• Covered front deck and fenced in backyard gets lots of sun.
• Laundry is included & shared with our downstairs neighbour. New dishwasher is included as well.
• Smoking outside is okay
• Pet friendly, but we have 2 cats so any incoming pet would have to be a good fit (no dogs)
• Common areas are fully furnished - however we can talk about making space for items or storage options. Bedroom is unfurnished.
There is also a large garage that we use as storage space as well.

About us: • We are both women in our 30s who are tidy, considerate, and reliable. • We both have quieter lifestyles and enjoy things like crafting, gardening, reading, camping, hiking, video games, and spending time with our cats. • We tend to do our own things in our down time, but enjoy being able to chat/check in from time to time and collaborate on household tasks and projects.
