Hintonburg: Two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with lots of character! An easy walk to Corso Italia and Bayview Stations.

Gas (electric fireplace) and hydro is extra and would be split (approximately $25-200/month each, as it is an old house; no central air but I have three a/c units).

The apartment is fully furnished ––Couch/chairs/desk/tv/dining table; also washer/dryer, fridge, stove, microwave, stocked kitchen). Access to a shared shed for storing bicycles etc.

Your room is spacious and has private access to a balcony area and exit. There is an additional balcony off the shared living room. The main floor bathroom is next to your bedroom and has a full bath/shower (there is an ensuite bathroom with shower off of my master bedroom).

I am in my early 40s. My cat is 12 years old. He is very friendly, but he is an older cat with imperfect health.
